I am undergraduate hoping to get into an awesome university for my postgraduate work. I had landed many jobs after graduation but said no to everyone to pursue my dream of getting a post graduation. I was laughed upon when I rejected all my job offers. I was being ridiculed at my decision of pursuing a masters in India because all my elder cousins had done their masters abroad. A masters in the US has become the order of the day among Indian Engineers. But against all these forces I prepared to give my entrance for PG in India.

I have been reading The Secret for three years and summed it up to three words: Law of Attraction, gratitude and visualize. So, I kept on working on these things regularly. I gave my exam last month. I was surprised at my result. I had scored exactly the same marks I was wishing for.

I have always believed in the quote that says: There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle. I have always believed in miracles all through my preparation. I got exactly the rank I wanted to get. It was not a coincidence. It was as if the the genie asked me for a wish and made it come true. Before the result I had visualized exactly the same score. The exact number was reproduced in my rank card. I was awestruck when I saw my result. I was in tears and didn’t know how to show my gratitude towards Universe and all the people who helped my dream come true: my family and friends.

I am big fan of Paulo Ceolho’s Alchemist. His lines from the book always inspire me, ” When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”. I believe Universe is always listening to you. All we need to do is ask and we will definitely receive it. I have started reading Hero and simultaneously rereading and watching The Secret. I keep talking about The Secret all the time with my friends, maybe I can’t get enough of The Secret.

I thank Rhonda for giving me chance to explore the ancient secrets and make use of them. I thank the Universe for listening to me and giving me exactly what I wanted.
