Anxiety Faded In A Few Minutes.
Hi, I am wishing loads of love to you all.
I never went to the psychiatrist even when I wondered if I might be showing symptoms of anxiety because I knew in my heart that I was better off handling it with my mind. And yes, I did get a lot better over the last few years thanks to many books, including The Secret, The Power, and The Magic.
To shed light on a recent event, I was preparing dinner when suddenly I was overcome by nervousness, a fast heartbeat, and feeling really anxious about nothing in particular. I started feeling exhausted and burdensome. I felt this before and it usually lasted for a few days and was never good. I stayed there feeling everything for a few minutes and finally said, “Whoever is listening, please take all this weariness and replace it with peace.”
Although I’ve been practicing gratitude for so long, it felt like magic when I felt so calm and happy again. It was amazing and I gave thanks.
This is my first story and would like to say thank you, thank you, thank you for your existence, Rhonda. And thank you so much to the entire team of The Secret. Thank you for the bliss, and thank you so very much for this beautiful life.
