I am a small business owner from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I just started my own business in May. Sales fluctuated during the month of June and it was affecting my mood in a negative way. It also affected my confidence in continuing this small business and following my bliss.

I decided that I needed to “feel good” about money and was thinking about getting some kind of tool to help me in achieving that. I then discovered and paid RM 19.90 for a tool called, “The Secret to Money App”.

I used The Secret to Money App for a few days. There are a few sections in the app and one of them is called “Giving”.

One morning, three days after getting the app, I saw a news post on FaceBook. It said that a local NGO was in desperate need of financial assistance so they could support more families that were being affected by the pandemic. They stated that RM 60 was enough to feed a family for 2 weeks. My heart prompted me to donate. Given that I also had my own needs, I still donated but it was not a lot, just RM 60. Then much to my surprise and delight, on that same day I received:

– A social media collaboration job that was worth RM 400.

– Another social media collaboration job that was worth RM 70.

– Sales that were worth RM 327.

I am so grateful for this! I did not know that God would repay me so much and so rapidly! But that was not the end of my “rewards”. The next day my friend said he thought of me while he was ordering some durians. He gifted me 2 boxes of durians that were worth RM 100. My mum and I were so happy because we love durians so much!

When I read The Secret series of books, Rhonda would always mention receiving unexpected cheques in the mail. My first thought when reading about this was that it was not our custom to receive any cheques in the mail in Malaysia, so I would just ignore this. Then, just a few days later, I received a letter that came to me in the mail from a bank. I have a bank account at this bank that I have had for years but I had never deposited any money in it before. However, the letter I got in the mail from this bank was to inform me that I have a bank balance of RM 345.13 and they were asking me to withdraw it!

I had donated RM 60 without thinking of getting anything in return but I was blessed with RM 1,242 worth of money and goods in just 3 days’ time! That is 20x times the amount of what I gave! This month is my birthday month, and I have received so much already and it is only the beginning of the month. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I truly believe that in order to receive, you must give with love. This is how the energy of money works.
