An aid to “The Magic” book
I just wanted to share a tool I made for myself to help with my daily gratitudes. I hope it might help you too. After reading “The Magic”, I made a concise list of all 28 points. I then separated them into 4 sections – morning gratitudes, evening gratitudes, gratitudes to do throughout the day and a section on specific gratitudes. I now refer to my ‘list’ every single day and tick off my ‘actions’ to make sure I am giving as much gratitude as possible every single day.
I’ve found it makes the process of giving gratitude easier to follow. Using my sheet every day has been so very helpful. It’s so simple to glance at my sheet to remind me. (I actually have it stuck on the back of my journal that I write in every day).
Here’s my list:
THE EVERY DAY GRATITUDE GUIDE
*Count Your Blessings – write 10 things, then Thank You three times
*Magic Morning – say Thank You for all you use and touch
*Have a Magical Day – think about your plans, say thank you for each one going brilliantly thru to bedtime, then add âand Thank You for the great news coming to me todayâ
*Before Your Very Eyes – carry your Top 10 Desires, read thru and visualize having each desire and feel enormous gratitude
*Remember The Magic – remember yesterdayâs blessings; feel gratitude for each one and say the magic words, Thank You
*Magical Health – say âThe Gift of Health is Keeping Me Aliveâ
*Magic Money – hold your bill, say âThank You for All the Money I Have Been Given Throughout My Lifeâ
*Works Like Magic – float the gratitude thought about work up into your Cloud of Gratitude
*Magic Dust Everyone – sprinkle Gratitude Dust on all people who a perform service for you; say Thank You to each person
*Make All Your Wishes Come True – read your Top 10 Desires and really feel the emotions of having your desires now
* Magic Vision Board – imagine receiving these things and really feel having them now. Put Thank You 3 times at the top
*Magic and Miracles in Health – give thanks for your body; visualise for 1 minute the perfect state of 1 thing you want to improve
*The Magic Cheque/check – hold it and imagine receiving the $$$ and purchasing the thing. Feel excited, happy and grateful.
*The Magical To-Do List – choose 3 things; imagine they have been done for you and feel enormous gratitude.
*Heart Magic – say Thank You; feel it from deep in your heart
*Magic Footsteps – take 100 steps, saying Thank You
*Magnificent Outcomes – use for everything. Say, feel â Thank You for the magnificent outcome to….
*The Magic Ingredient – say Thank You, Thank You, Thank You before you eat and drink, and sprinkle Gratitude Thank You Dust
*The Magical Air That You Breathe – say the magic words âThank You for the magical air that I breatheâ
*Cue The Magic – look for your cues and give thanks for them
*The Magic Mirror – every time say thank you from your heart and mean it
*The Magic Rock – remember the Best thing in your day say Thank You

The Specific Gratitude Guide
Write 5 things each about 3 people you are grateful for and during the day say to each one âThank You (name)â
MAGICAL PEOPLE WHO MADE A DIFFERENCE
Think of 3 people who made a difference in your life and tell them why you are truly grateful to them and how they affected the course of your life
THE GRATITUDE LOVE CLOUD
(I made this one up, to help me, and it does)
Think of a person you really love and whose love you want and think of a Love Cloud of Gratitude floating above your shoulder with their name on it.
Throughout the day, think of small intimate moments with them, and float them up into your love cloud.
Really feel each moment with your whole being and say a slow heartfelt thank you 3 times after each thought
Every time you think of your love – put the thought up into your Gratitude Love Cloud
THE MAGICAL WAY OUT OF NEGATIVITY
Think about something/someone you have negative thoughts about and write 10 things you are grateful for about it/them and at the end of your list write Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for the Perfect Resolution
(**if you have a negative thought â stop â and say âbut I have to say that I am really grateful for (thing)â and think of anything, something, you are grateful for)
THE MONEY MAGNET
Every time you get a bill, write on it âThank you for the moneyâ and feel grateful for having the money to pay the bill, whether you have it or not
MAGICALLY HEAL YOUR RELATIONSHIPS
Choose 1 relationship you want to improve and write a list of 10 things you are grateful for about that person.
THE MAGIC WAND
Choose a person you care about who is in need of health, wealth or happiness and visualize receiving the news that they have been fully restored. Feel excitement and gratitude, say âthank you 3 times for their health, wealth or happinessâ
MAGICALLY TRANSFORM MISTAKES INTO BLESSINGS
For each mistake find 10 blessings you are grateful for about it.
