Ok, here goes! My first gratitude goes to Rhonda and your team! Thank you for coming into my life!

Six months ago we began our prep for our move. We knew we were moving and had the opportunity to pick where to go! So we searched via internet of the different neighborhoods (amongst different states) we were to call home! So admist this search we made plans for our current home! (side note.. we own rental properties and knew Sept 1, 2012 the place we currently call home was going to be rented out!) So as I visioned our new home, I also visioned the new love that was to move here!..

Here is what I said! (side note, our neighbor is single, good looking, has direction in his life! But would love to meet his one!) So I visioned our renter to be that one for him!

Here were my requirements! She had black hair, was gorgeous, had 2 children in grade school, was best friends with her ex (whom also only lived with in 30 min of her), she worked 9-5, her kids went to school during the day! And the two of them were to ‘break the ice’ with a lawn mower. (so no cookies or borrowing sugar!..he was going to offer to mow her lawn!)

And guess what? She is here! Today she came! As I am preparing for my move to Tennessee!

We decided to sell all of our furniture and buy new stuff when we got down there. So we had a couch on Craigs list and my husband received a call from….. yep you guessed it! Amanda! So he calls me and says this girl wants to buy the couch, and I am dropping it off for her (because she does not have a truck) and because of this offer of his.. she decided to say how thankful she was because she is a single mom and seems to being doing all of this on her own and Brian’s truck offer was so sweet and such a blessing in her life! So Brian calls and says, “You are never going to believe who is buying the couch…. Amanda…. you have actually brought her here”. So he comes home and loads the truck. And I keep saying…ohh I just wish we could get her here to see the house and see if she is looking for a place to rent!…

At that moment she calls and says “I will come to your house and then you can follow me to mine with the couch so you know where I live”… So now I am excited! So she shows up and I am just so excited just waiting for her! And at that moment I just knew it was the right time to tell her! So I walk up and say, here is my story…. is it alright if I show you my house?!! And she starts crying and tells me her story… how she is looking for a place.. how she is best friends with her ex.. how she has found God and is just enjoying all of these miracles daily also! How she has black hair! How she has 2 children in grade school!.. and on and on how she is exactly!! whom we asked for!

So 2 more points! So get this! She stays for an hour and now we are like best friends.. and my neighbor comes home! Guess what he starts doing – trimming his front yard! So she comments on how cute he is and…. yep their love story is starting!!!

And second point! Guess what! After we had our hour long conversation, she shows me an email of a couch! It was not our couch! It was someone else’s! How the heck did she think she was buying a couch from someone else but ended up here to buy ours!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my life is amazing! Thank you, thank you so much Rhonda! And of course all of you beautiful people that have brought my story into your lives!
