My story starts a few years ago. I was always a negative person because of the way people and my parents treated me. I had my ups and downs in life with work, school and friendships that ended. I was able to give up on life, because my life was pretty messy. But enough off those negative thoughts.

In 2009 I met a wonderful man, my ex, who is not in my life anymore. I always had problems with connecting with people because of my past. I pushed him away because I was afraid that I would care too much for him. I was afraid to give him all my love. So I walked out on him. I always regretted making that decision.

Last year a friend of me introduced me to The Secret. First I was in shock and could not believe I attracted those bad things in my life. After reading The Secret I tried to be positive and to change my life.

I became the person I always wanted to be, a fighter for everything that is in her life. My relationship with my parents and family went from zero to hero. I was so happy.

In that year that I was reading The Secret I always wished I could talk to my ex. But always when the universe brought me back to him I walked away because I was still afraid. After 3 years of suffering I thought it was time to say I was sorry to him. I imagined how a friend of mine would get his number and that I would talk to him. How we would have a great conversation.

Guess what?! I got the number of my ex and called him. The conversation went really good. After 3 years of not hearing from him I got to talk to him and explain everything.

I am SO relieved that I did it. Now I really understand what The Secret is really about.

I hope the future brings good things to me and all you people out there! Don’t forget to smile everyday, it is the most beautiful thing in the world.
