First of all, I never thought that this would be my first topic to be shared using The Secret Super App. However, this is fascinating to read and I am still amazed by how it works.

The story happened in 2022. One day in the afternoon, I was walking with my parents through an alley as we passed by the shop lots. When we are about to collect our car, I saw a young black dog, he was just a few steps away from me. He looked sad, clueless and he was trembling. The place where he stood was dirty, with dog food spilled and rubbish spilled everywhere. There were also lorries and cars are everywhere. It was a very dangerous place to be if a driver did not notice his existence.

We took him home and name him Kopi. We struggled to keep him at first, however, we decided to keep him for a month until he found his forever home. We could not keep him as we already have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 fish in our apartment. It would be too many years of commitment if we adopted him. So, my sister and I did all the work to find him a home. We put postings on the PetFinder website, a FB animal lover group, and our Instagram story. We even looked for no-kill animal shelters. Day after day we tried but nobody was responding.

We also noticed that Kopi has several problems. The first thing was that he had peeing issues. When he got excited he peed everywhere! The second problem was that he was too needy and wanted our attention all the time. That was causing jealousy among my other dogs. The third problem was that he was too playful and could not cool down. I believed this was the reason his previous owner abandoned him.

Many days passed and my mom started worrying because of his imperfections. She felt it might be impossible for people would accept him. My mom started nagging and focusing on the negative. I stopped her by saying, “Just give him some time, he will eventually get his forever home. You have to stay calm in order to allow good things to happen.” Let me say that my family does not believe in The Secret and the law of attraction, just I do.

That night, I decided to talk to the Universe in my room. I said, “Dear Universe, I want Kopi to have a forever home. His owner will be a pet-lover, will treat him well, accept all his flaws and give him unconditional love. Also, I want the owner to be living in a house with a yard that is enough for Kopi to run around. Thank you, thank you, thank you.” I said it once clearly with a thankful heart.

Then, the next thing I did was use visualization. In my mind, I imagined him running around the yard and he looked so happy. His happy face influenced my feelings and made me feel happy too. Then after I visualized for less than a minute, I left the rest up to the Universe and trusted that it would have a better arrangement for us.

A few days later my mom received a Whatsapp text. There was a girl who was interested in adopting Kopi after she viewed his pictures. She even said something like he was cute, she really wanted to give him the best and feed him so he got fat. We were so happy after she said those things. During the pick-up day, we met her in person. However, she immediately changed her facial expression after she saw Kopi. She mentioned her concerns that Kopi’s body size was too big already at the age of 8 months old. Moreover, she was living in a serviced apartment with strict requirements. However, she would give him a try.

Just 2 nights later, she texted us saying that she cannot handle Kopi anymore due to his hyperactivity, his peeing behavior, and the neighborhood complaints about him. She apologized to us and she said that she would help to look for a new owner. If she failed to do so, she would return him to us in several days. I was so mad and disappointed, it literally ruined my dinner mood.

Suddenly, there was a voice in my head asking me to stay calm and be positive. Somehow it felt like it is not the end of the story yet. So, I decided to give thanks to the girl for being honest. On that night, I asked the Universe again by repeating the same words and same visualization scene that I had used before.

Guess what! A few days later she told us that she found a new owner and Kopi has already been sent to the new owner’s house. The owner likes him very much! We saw the proof from pictures and videos forwarded by the girl. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My mom could not believe her eyes and we all were so happy about it. One thing is that the new owner is living in a house that also has a big yard. Everything looks so perfect and well arranged. I am so happy and grateful for everything that happened in a miracle-like way. Recently, I even followed up with the new owner to ensure everything was still okay. The new owner showed me the latest video of him. Kopi looks truly happy, he has so many toys to spoil him. He even made a new buddy friend, Milo, to stay with him every day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Now, I finally understood how The Secret works. You just have to be calm, relaxed, and trust the Universe. Also, trust yourself no matter what happens in the 3D world.
