I used to have a problem with food and weight or at least I thought I did until I came cross The Secret. I had tried every diet faze I could get my hands on to and I was never able to just stick to it.

When I read The Secret and realized that I control my weight with my thoughts and not with food it was like a wave of relief but I was still a little unsure but I put that aside.

I decided to make a vision board of the bodies I thought were my perfect weight and what I wanted to look like. Everyday I would see that board and it would remind me that food doesn’t control my body I do. I then would envision my self with that body perfect and flawlessness. I would feel, really feel as if that was my body already. I thanked the universe as if I had already received my perfect body. Every time I ate food I would think to myself I am 145 lbs, I am 145 lbs. This food is so good for my perfect body. I am now proud to say that I am 145 lbs my perfect weight. I didn’t need a diet, I didn’t need exercise, I just believed in myself and loved myself and reminded myself of it everyday. I went from 211 to 145.

I am so grateful and thankful now that I am 145 lbs and that I have the knowledge of The Secret to use and to share with others who can better there lives.
