So, here is a definite story about manifestations, or as my Realtor calls it, “our constant ridiculous luck” (we know better).

My husband and I, both strong believers in the Secret, have tried to get financing for a house for over two years, but could not find a house we liked, or that we could afford. We did not want to pay a mortgage “just to own a house”. We wanted a home for our future family, with at least three bedrooms on at least one acre. For anyone who does not know the housing market in Seattle, a new one of these easily runs over 1 million dollars, and we were looking in the 250k or lower range. Actually, we were looking in the 225k or lower range a few months ago, because the finance person we were working with said that my credit was not good enough to get a house, but my husband’s was, so we would use solely his credit. I said that would not happen, and decided to manifest the perfect house, on property, within a few miles of our work (our areas commute is crazy sometimes), that had the three bedrooms, and over one acre, with a creek in the side yard, one story, with a formal large dining room, formal large living room, and at least one full bathroom.

My husband, who never looks at homes, began to look at homes on a whim a few weeks ago. He easily became bored, but I was hooked again. I found our perfect home, on our perfect property, about four miles from his work on back roads (amazing). We even have a creek. The home appraises between 369k and 445k, and we decided that we wanted to spend 250k. We told the Realtor to offer 250k IF THE OWNER PAID CLOSING COSTS AND DOWN PAYMENT. Our Realtor thought we were kinda nuts and thought that we would lose the house, and was SURE that we would receive a counter offer. In fact he did not give them the offer until Monday, and we turned it in on FRIDAY. Her Realtor thought we were nuts as well, and presented the offer to the lady at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. She accepted the offer and completed the paperwork by 2:00 p.m. that day. There have been no issues with financing and we were given four full financing package options, all at less than 6.25%, and the owner of the home gifted us a total of 15k dollars, plus what we saved by obtaining the house below appraised value. The house was not even in foreclosure, but we manifested it!!! Oh yeah, and somehow we are getting money BACK after the house closes.

By the way, we needed to be financed by the 9th of August, and we were financed today, and the offer was accepted THIS MONDAY. We move into the home this coming August 29th!!!! This is so exciting, and I’m glad that we found The Secret and used it to manifest our perfect home!!! We are forever happy and grateful =)
