I was introduced to The Secret by a colleague in 2013. I read it and then in December 2014 I got the whole series and read them all, Hero, The Power and The Magic.

I was obsessed with this book to a point where everything I ever wanted was collapsing. On March 2015 I lost my job due to budget constraints. I used to love my job and love the organization. I had been married for 2 years and I was trying to get pregnant, but for nothing. After losing my job, I decided to apply to a  Master’s program since I was unemployed and wanted to spend my time in a useful way. From April till September nothing worked well.

Then, all of sudden, I was accepted to study in a Master’s program. In the same month I found out that I was pregnant, and then in November I found a new job.

No words can express how grateful I am. Now I am in my second year of my Masters. I have a 3 month old son. I am happily married to my best friend and I got the most amazing news!

I really believed that one day, sooner or later, I would return to the organization where I used to work before. I believed that to the point that I felt that I was living that dream as if it was my real life. And my dream became true! I resigned from my current organization last month and next week I am going to the same finance office I used to work at and in the same organization that I loved. And guess what??!! It is a permanent job!
