My husband and I have been searching for the perfect leather sofa set. We wanted a matching chair, center coffee table, and matching side tables, all in the color we desired. We had been searching for the last four months since we moved into a new house. It is a contemporary style house and it was hard for me to find tasteful pieces. I was in the habit of looking for classic style décor, as we lived in older 90’s style homes prior to buying our new house.

I am an avid LOA practitioner and my life has changed drastically ever since I have started practicing LOA with the teachings of The Secret, The Magic, and The Power. I have manifested countless big and small things with LOA practices.

I had manifested our move to the U.S state we wanted, manifested the sale of the previous house, manifested my wonderful job, career, remote work, wonderful boss, colleagues, pay raises, the desired school district for our daughter, a beautiful house in that school district, gifts, money, wonderful friends for my daughter, healed relationships and much more. So, I was wondering with all the success I have had in the past, why I was not able to manifest my desired furniture.

Every weekend it had become our routine to drive miles to visit all the furniture stores and come home disappointed, not finding the pieces we were looking for. I then realized I was taking it too seriously and not believing that it would be easy for me to furnish my house the way I wanted it. So today, a beautiful, sunny Saturday, before we left for furniture shopping, I meditated and had a little conversation with the Universe. I talked to the Universe as if I was talking to a friend. I said I was tired of all the searching and asked for the Universe’s help and declared that today is the day we will find the perfect pieces for our living room and I trust the Universe completely. I imagined my family and I being very happy with the furniture, enjoying it, and our friends complimenting the pieces, all of us having a good time in our living room. There was a huge smile on my face. I thanked the Universe for finding this furniture for us and declared that the whole set would be in the $5K price range. Then I said that I leave it to the Universe completely. When I get what I asked for, the Universe will give me a sign. I will know that because I trusted the Universe and surrendered, it was delivered to me easily.

My husband and I went back to one of the big showrooms we had visited a few weeks ago where we did not find anything we wanted at that time. Today there was this gentleman that came up to us and said they had received a brand new set this week and asked if we would like to see the set. When we saw the pieces my jaw dropped. They were exactly the color we wanted and all the pieces were just like we wanted. A sofa, love seat, chair, coffee table, and two side tables!! All the pieces together cost $9,000 as the listed price. However, there was a 20% off sale going on. He saw how excited we were seeing those pieces. He said he could bring the price down some more from the 20% off to $6,500.

I said we love the pieces but the price was still way too high than what we wanted to spend. He asked how much did I have in mind and I told him in the mid $5,000s. He said I hope $5,900 will work. I said, well maybe $5,500. He said he will go ask his manager. He then came back and said we got a deal for $5550!!

The time on my phone was 5:55 PM exactly that minute!! I knew immediately that this was the power of the Universe! I thanked the Universe and was overjoyed, not just because we found the pieces we wanted, and the price range we wanted, but also because I saw how faithful the Universe was when I let go. It delivered what I asked for within four hours and gave me the sign I had asked for!!
