I manifested a 180 degree shift in my love life with my special person. He is now everything I want in a man.

Let me brief you on the old version of my relationship. My SP and I have been in a relationship since March of 2015. However, the relationship status that existed between us was never really clear. He was not ready to commit and at times, I was in a booty call situation too. I was so needy and I wanted him so much. I was desperate. I tried to initiate, I tried to control things and to hold on to him. Guess what? I was always hurt, disappointed, and was crying every single night as I fell asleep.

I discovered the law of attraction and The Secret during this time and I tried implementing the concepts. However, I missed the part about having self-love. I was seeing little changes here and there but they were short lived. I was using affirmations to change my beliefs but I was not cultivating any love for myself. This resulted in both of us being in and out of the relationship. It was not a healthy or stable one.

Finally, I thanked the Universe for making me realize my mistakes and my shortcomings when I re-read The Secret for the second time. I started using self-love meditations and other healing practices. I understood what self-love was and how vibrant it is. I finally let him go and loved myself more intensely. I could feel a big energy shift inside me. I focused on my career and my dreams and I did not contact him again.

Within two weeks, he initiated contact with me. He then started to fight with me, stating that I had been negligent towards him. He tried to control me but I did not engage myself in that chaos as I did not want that version of him. I just fixed in my mind the version of him I wanted to experience in my life. I knew deep inside that he would conform to that version.

A week later, he approached me in person, apologized for everything, and asked me for another chance. I was happy but I did not accept his request. I wanted him to earn my trust and love.

Now he is trying every single day to impress me and he wants me so badly. His actions are now louder than his words. He is initiating every single conversation and calls me twice daily. He has already started planning a future with me. I do love him too and I will accept his love for me very soon.

I am really grateful to The Secret and the law of attraction. I now know how powerful our thoughts are. I was able to flip my whole situation around within a month of practicing self-love, changing my mindset, and letting go of my desire. Persistence was also pretty important. If I could do it, then you too can have anything you desire.
