Three Hundred and sixty six days ago my life was okay, but it wasn’t great. 366 days ago I asked a question “How does life get better?” The Universe answered 365 days ago by showing me a picture of The Secret book on Facebook. It randomly appeared in my newsfeed and something told me that I needed to read this book. So 365 days ago I downloaded the audiobook and since the moment I started to listen, my life has changed.

I used to be the definition of negativity and cynicism. I would always ask “why me?” in the most negative way. I had issues at home, I had issues at work and I didn’t have any love for me. That has all changed now. Literally overnight my family, my friends, my work colleagues and even my customers saw a dramatic change in me. I was more positive, more upbeat, I was smiling constantly, they even joked that I had been replaced by a clone. They were asking what was so different, what had happened and I told them it’s a secret.

I hadn’t had a pay rise or a bonus in three years at my current job. I had issues with a work colleague, we constantly argued always sniping at each other. However, over the past 365 days we now get on amazingly well. We can actually have a civilised conversation. I’ve had a pay rise and I received a bonus. Both are completely out of the blue. But I did greatly appreciate it and believe me, I cried many tears when I found out I was receiving them.

I have always suffered with crippling back pain and I was having issues with a ligament in my foot, I hadn’t been able to walk on it properly for a year. So I started thanking the Universe for my perfect health, for my strong back and my steady feet. My foot healed in a matter of weeks and I have not had any issues with my back in the past 365 days. I am pain free.

My home life is completely blissful. My husband and I have never had such an amazing relationship before, it was good but now it’s amazing. I have wonderful relationships with my friends.

The Secret has completely changed my life. Every day is full of joy, full of fun and I wake up with the biggest smile every morning because I know that I’m going to have an amazing day. The little things that used to worry me or irritate me are inconsequential now. The Secret is truly amazing. I’ve introduced it to all of my friends and all of my family. I’ve even told some of my customers about it. I do think that it comes into your life just when you need it most. As long as you trust in the Universe it will always come through for you.
