I have a business for 6 years and it’s not everyday that we get sales. Sometimes we get zero, sometimes big. But I never experienced an unexpected sale of more than 50,000 Philippine pesos before (a little over US$1,000).

For the past 6 months, business and life was exceptionally hard due to my father’s serious illness. We confined him in a hospital for almost a month and it drained our resources and affected our life so much, financially, spiritually and emotionally. We almost lost him, but fortunately, he survived, although still not in a good health. I had to borrow 200,000 pesos from different people to pay a half million pesos to the hospital. My husband never liked it and we quarrelled almost everyday because of that.

I knew The Secret and had been applying it for more than 4 years, but the situation got is so awful, it even drained my spirit. I was so down, so helpless, always begging to God to heal my father and to help me solve all the problems i have. During those long months, i can’t help to be emotional and feel really bad about my life. And when you feel really bad, it’s hard to think and focus on positive things.

But i wanted to change my situation and I knew that only I can make that change. I started reading the stories on this website again and again, to inspire me and help me focus. I re-read the books again(The Secret and The Power), and that slowly shifted me back to positivity. I started to write again all my goals and dreams and my gratitude lists. I wrote that I want to win the lotto jackpot but I’m afraid I would not be able to handle a sudden wealth, so I write instead that I am receiving 50,000 pesos everyday. I wrote it on pages and pages of paper until it feels so true.

It really works. I noticed the flow of money started in July. First was 40,000 then after a week 110,000, then 180,000. I didn’t receive 50,000 everyday, but all in all, I receive around 400,000 that month. It boosts my faith and puts me back in high spirit. I feel wealthy once again. For the first half of August, I received around 400,000 again, from sales, deliveries and payment for the money I lent to someone.

We were able to book a flight and shop for new inventories. The next day, after we arrived, the unexpected buyer came in and we got the sales of 330,000 pesos! The biggest sales in our business’s history, so far.

I was so amazed and very grateful to God. Now, I know that that is not the last big sale, and I will get more and more big sales in the future.
