Before I learned of The Secret I was living my life normally and monotonously. Every day was very boring and junior high was not all that it seemed to be, until I finally learned of The Secret from my cousin that just happened to move up to Washington after living in Texas all of her life. When I was first introduced to The Secret, Michele, my cousin, was watching the DVD on her laptop and it happened to catch my eye, and she enthusiastically invited my sister and me to watch with her. After watching I felt very skeptical, but tried it out and immediately received results.

My grades had started to rise and I became closer to my friends and had fewer problems at home. My life was becoming perfect for a 15 year old, my mother had married my step dad that I love and treat like my own father, and I had amazing grades and friends that were very close to me.

Then something happened right after second semester of my sophomore year started. My grades were going down, I was becoming depressed, and started sleeping right after coming home from school. My grades became the worst grades I had ever received, made up of 2 A-‘s 2 B-‘s and an F. And so various negative events started occurring out of thin air.

Suddenly, one day I realized how my negative thoughts were affecting my life. I was constantly being negative and sluggish. Because of that day I was determined to get my grades up, clear up my life, and be more positive.

I think of the Law of Attraction as one of God’s ultimate gifts given to us. From that day of my self-reflection I started praying every night about how grateful I was about having straight A’s and such an amazing life, and even went to the extent of printing out my grades and changing them on the computer to straight A’s and pasting it next to my bedside.

The LOA really works! My previous F’s, B’s, and A’s became A’s, A’s and higher A’s, my life was becoming so much easier with less homework projects and fights, and my family was becoming so much more understanding and compliant. I believe that that depressing time of my life was a life lesson from God and I am forever grateful.

Currently I am 16 driving a $70,000 2005 BMW 545i, have so many friends I am thankful for, have a 4.0 GPA and am living up my life, and owe all these great gifts to The Secret. I think that the Law of Attraction attracted my cousin to move up here and introduce my family and me to this amazing gift from God.
