Hi everyone,

After having a very tough year, eg. relationship breaking up after 12 years because my ex partner was having an affair, family member suffering from mental illness, being in debt($15,000 euros). I also suffered from social anxiety so I had a problem with mixing with people. I couldn’t see anything getting better. I was always expecting something else to go wrong.

About 6 months ago a girl I know from work told me I should read The Secret. I had never even of heard it. The following day she gave me a loan of her copy. When I got home I started reading it. I was glued to it. I couldn’t put it down. It all started to make sense to me… We have to make our own path in life. No one can do it for us. Whatever we want, we can have. Be thankful for everything we have got no matter how small it is.

I had the book for 2 weeks before I gave it back. In that space of time I read it 3 times. I couldn’t believe how much happier I was while I was reading it. I felt like a new person in all areas of my life.

Since I read The Secret I have sorted out my money worries, from owing to about 5 different banks and credit card companies. Every Thursday when I used to get paid I would be thinking about the following Thursday. Now I only have to pay 1 place every week.

I have received 1 unexpected cheque in the mail which I was delighted for because I’ve never received a cheque before, and it was a week before I went to Lanzorote with a female friend of mine. Socially I am also better; before I used to feel very awkward and would start sweating and stuttering. Now I’m not so bad and I find I’m a lot more friendlier and open.

The future is looking good because I am the creator of my own path and destiny. I have The Secret to thank.

I would recommend The Secret to everyone to read. I have watched the DVD as well but found the book a lot better.
