I came back from my summer trip a few months ago, and lots of things happened since then.

But I will start with a funny summary of my relationship with The Secret: Since I was little, things I desired have always popped up in my life. They just come out of nowhere toward me. Everything except money.

All my life, I struggled with serious financial problems. I didn’t know how to manage my money, and I found myself drowning in never-ending debt. But I was happy. And worried.

A few months ago, I noticed that money didn’t come to me because I had this rooted in my mind: Money doesn’t bring happiness, and I don’t want or need money. I am not a materialistic person; I just want peace and happiness.

But I was wrong. This feeling only brought me less and less money.

In the summer, I was on a road camping trip in Croatia, which my boyfriend helped me pay for, when I found this app, The Secret To Money App, and gave it a try.

Literally, two days after the download, I received a call from my boss saying, “We were talking about you, and as you are an excellent employee, we are going to give you a raise.”

It was amazing! I couldn’t believe it! I really felt this sensation of finally having money! My trip was relaxed, and I received thousands of positive signals from the Universe about everything I was thinking about. I was feeling so grateful, wealthy, and very happy.

So, while still on vacation, I started thinking about money and making plans, and I saw that I still needed 300 euros extra per month to save money for one of my dreams: going to the Philippines with my kids next year.

After returning home from my amazing 3-week trip to Croatia, I went through the mail and found an envelope from the “Social Help for Health Disability” organization. I was surprised to receive this because many years ago, I had applied for assistance from them, but that was when I was in better health and had started working. In this letter, they simply informed me that starting this month, I would receive 380 euros every month in my bank account for partial disability. It came out of nowhere, just like that! It’s exactly what I needed to save monthly for my next trip to the Philippines with my kids, and actually, even more. Unbelievable! I exclaimed loudly to the sky, saying hundreds of thank yous!

Another letter arrived a few days later confirming that I was eligible for social assistance to pay my health insurance. Gosh, why do I need so much help? And more and more! My salary just came out this month to be even more than I expected, more than the raise! I am feeling so rich!!!

But my story doesn’t end here: Today, I went to see my father in Portugal, and we went to a friend’s house. Talking to him, what a coincidence! He is from the Philippines and has an amazing house there, in front of a turquoise beach, and he just offered me to go and stay with my kids at his place there. Boom! My dream came true with zero effort.

And still, my story won’t end here because I will have a million more episodes to talk about.
