I would like to say thank you to Rhonda for The Power book she wrote. Today, I practiced giving love. The Universe truly conspired in my favor today. Here is my story:

I was flying from JHB to Cape Town, South Africa, where, upon settling in my seat, the guy who was sitting behind me was disturbing me with his laptop. I politely asked him to move his laptop a little further away from me and my seat as his typing was making my seat vibrate. Well, this guy, instead of apologizing, swears at me, and everyone around could hear him. I said to him that he did not need to be rude to me, and he just went on talking back at me with very rude behavior, and continued with his hard typing.

I was so upset and fuming inside, but I remembered something from The Power: When you give love, you will receive love back. Lo and behold, upon arrival at my destination, an old lady approached me while I was waiting for my luggage at the carousel. She comforted me and told me she saw the whole scene that the man was causing. She just told me that she felt sorry for that man’s parents.

I arrived at the hotel, checked in, and was given a nice room, only to find out that the TV was not working properly. I said a few of my short affirmations and gave love to the TV, with the intention that it would be working well. The receptionist called the technician to come check the TV out, and it was still not working. To my surprise, he had reported it to the reception desk. When I was on my way to dinner, I passed by the reception desk to notify them of the situation, only to be told that they were aware of it and would be moving me to another room. While I was standing there, the manager came and asked the lady to upgrade me to a family room. Wow! How happy and surprised I was for that upgrade! I was so grateful and thankful and amazed at how I went from having an eventful day on the plane, to ending it with sleeping in a beautiful, big, and warm room with a view of the tall buildings of Cape Town. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

And mind you, I was busy reading The Power on the plane when all this was happening. I always carry one of Rhonda’s books with me when I travel to read on the road or in flight.
All I can say, guys, is to give love to any bad situation. Do not allow anyone to change or affect your mood. Give love, and love will return to you.

How grateful am I for knowing and practicing the law of attraction? I am extremely grateful! I went from feeling so sad to giving love and then having a way made for me to be upgraded to a beautiful room.
