Getting Admission To IIT Bombay.
Submitted by: ARCHIE REBELLO
Bhopal, madhya pradesh, india.I am 18 and pursuing my undergraduate education from IIT Bombay. 170 cm tall. I am funny and people love to be with me. Living the best life.
Let me start from the beginning. After passing my 10th standard with 91.8%, the COVID-19 batch, I enrolled in an IIT JEE coaching program. I was excited to pursue my dream of getting into one of the top engineering colleges in India, but choosing the right stream was a bit of a challenge. However, I decided to take up the Science stream and began my journey towards achieving my goal.
The first few months of coaching were online, and in October, offline classes began. I studied a bit in 11th grade, but not much, and scored 70% in school. I found it challenging to balance my school studies and coaching classes, but I was determined to make it work.
Then 12th grade started, and I met some people. We became friends and hung out together. We went to parties, and we even bunked coaching and school together the whole year. It was a lot of fun, but it had its consequences. I was the house captain in school, played sports as much as I could, and was in love with my best friend. However, I did everything I shouldn’t have done, and it affected my studies. I was also very depressed because life was tough. Due to all this, I was scoring less, my parents were shouting, and the guy I loved didn’t love me back but loved my friend. It was a challenging time for me, and I started to isolate myself, which caused me to lose my two best friends.
I also failed in JEE and didn’t get into any college, but I scored a decent 84% on boards. It was a disappointment for me, but I didn’t give up. I decided to take a drop year and prepare for JEE once again. Initially, I studied sincerely for a few months, but then lost momentum and did not study that much. Then came the first attempt, and I scored 74 percentile, which did not really shock me as I expected it.
After reading the book ‘The Secret,’ I tried to manifest my dream college, and you won’t believe it, but it worked! I scored 99 percentile in JEE Mains’ second attempt and 2788 rank in JEE Advance. It was a dream come true for me, and I was thrilled to have achieved my goal. I had finally made it to IIT Bombay- one of the top engineering colleges in India. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I can’t believe that after three years, the struggle ended on such a sweet note. I am incredibly happy, and so is my family. I am so very grateful to the Almighty and the Universe for making this happen. Thank you so much; I am so grateful, yay! I love you, Lord. Thank you so very much. You are the best. Thank you so very much for the law of attraction. Thank you so very much for The Secret. Thank you so very much to the Universe. Everything is possible so please have faith.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
