I am new to The Secret after resisting it for years. Back in December, before I read The Secret, I just knew my bill for my storage unit would be taken care of. I actually thought that I was going to lose it but then very quickly just knew differently in my heart. I thanked the Universe for taking care of it for me and helping me not lose it. Each month ever since, I have trusted the Universe for the bill to be paid and it has been..

I also was one number away from winning millions in the Colorado Lotto using numbers I use all the time, my birthday, and my kids’ birthday numbers.

In January, things were rough. I texted my boyfriend that I hated my life and was disappointed that everything was always so difficult. I had not gone on a vacation or been outside of Colorado in years. I was working 60 hours a week at a physically demanding warehouse job even though I have graduate degrees, and I was just barely making it. I was so tired and exhausted. This was at my low point.

So, when I came across “The Secret”, I realized how ungrateful I had been. I also realized how trusting and thanking the Universe, as well as being grateful had allowed a way for my storage unit to be paid for each month. Everything fell into place as I listened to “The Secret” audiobook, and I highly recommend doing this. I realized the truth of “The Secret”. I realized what had happened and how many times I had thought and visualized good things through the years. I realized all the times that I had believed that things would happen, and they did! Also, I needed to rid myself of my old thoughts of lack that I had been taught.

Now, I am filled with gratefulness and I am so excited about life and what will happen this year, and for the rest of my life.

As Rhonda suggested, I thanked the Universe for receiving “checks in the mail”. I did not really think about it until I received a check in the mail! It was a check for 32 cents! Yep, 32 cents. LOL! Maybe I should have been more specific about the amount I want but I think the Universe has a sense of humor! Or, at least, know that I do and that the Universe knew that I would find this funny. I smile and have a grateful heart every time I look at this check.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to the Universe! I hope you’re smiling, too. I wanted to know if “it worked” and 32 cents told me that the Universe hears and responds. Baby steps.
