The Impossible is Possible
Submitted by: Laetitia Badio
HaitiI am 16, i live in Haiti with a single mother.
A few months ago, I had been through difficulties that had brought me to lose faith and be discouraged. Often, I had read The Secret, but it wouldn’t work because I was thinking so negatively.
I was doing average in school and I always wanted to get excellent grades. Changing a behavior that has become a habit can sometimes be hard, but I actually decided to think a new way.
I drew a 20/20 on my wall. That is how they give grades here and this would be the maximum I could reach. I thought positively. Sometimes I would lose patience but I stuck at it.
You will be shocked to hear that I obtained 19/20 for French (which is very difficult to earn with my current teacher) and 18/20 for math. That is very Excellent in my school. I also wanted to be exempted, can you imagine, I will be exempted and I will have an excellent report card.
WOW! I am so happy. THE IMPOSSIBLE IS POSSIBLE, RHONDA!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
I feel very strong, one of my biggest dreams came through and I feel as if I can touch the mountain tops!
THANK YOU RHONDA. MAY GOD BLESS YOU!
