Okay so one day I was at my aunt’s house. My two aunts and I all share books, so I asked my aunt if I could grab 3 books from her shelf that I could read. She said yes, so I ran upstairs into her bedroom. The shelf was huge I’d never really seen it before. I was going to go to the other shelf but this one just stood out so much to me.

I searched not really finding anything familiar. So I grabbed 2 at random. One was about a guy turning into a panther and the other was Chicken Soup for the Soul. The last book I picked was a book about some random topic. I ran back down stairs and asked for her approval. She said no to the panther one because it was too explicit for me so I went back upstairs, and I found nothing.

Suddenly when I was leaving, in the very back shelf, this book jumped out from where it was, not literally. So I grabbed it and the title was “The Secret.” I had no idea what this book was about but when I got home and read it I started bawling my eyes out.

See years before this I’d beg for everything to be better and I wished for certain things. I was so depressed. Then one night I prayed for a way to have whatever I wanted. The law of attraction brought this book to me.

Nothing in my life is the same.

I asked for a boyfriend who would actually care and I’m blessed with my lovely Davey. Another amazing incident that is my favorite is how I got my blackberry curve. One day I went out with my aunts and my wonderful step mom, they were gonna get sunflower tattoos. The reason for this is because one of my aunts got breast cancer. She is healthy as ever now but all the girls are getting tattoos of sunflowers, her favorite flower. Anyway after they got tattoos my aunt says, “I have a surprise for you.” I smiled weirdly knowing something great was gonna happen. And out of her crazy looking purse is a blackberry curve. I was so happy.
