I have so many stories about how the law of attraction and God changed my life. The one I’m sharing now is how I ended up buying my first house at 63 and a half years old.

The housing market is very expensive where I live and I couldn’t fathom how I would ever be able to afford one. For 12 years, I rented a 700 square foot apartment. I wanted to have a home of my own that I could decorate the way I wanted. About 10 years ago, sometime after learning about The Secret, I made a list of all the things that I wanted in my home and I envisioned living in that home many times. As the years passed, I forgot about my wish. I wasn’t sad about it. Instead, I was so grateful for the home I rented, the city where I lived, my job, my son, my friends, my faith, basically everything.

After awhile, people at work, friends and strangers started commenting about my positivity and wanted to be my friend. Without me realizing it, I was having a profoundly positive effect on those I came in contact with. “Coincidences” started happening. I always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. I started “knowing” things but that will be more stories for another time.

Because of practicing the law of attraction and learning to love and value myself, I manifested a management position at my place of employment, which will be another story. Consequently, my income greatly increased. For once, I was not living paycheck to paycheck. However, even with the increase, I did not have the down payment necessary to purchase a home in my city.

Then my father passed away and unexpectedly left enough money for me to put a down payment on a home. I bought a home in a beautiful little beach community 30 miles outside of the city where I worked. Thank you, thank you, thank you! If it had not been for working remotely because of Covid, I would not have even considered buying in this area. That is another example of something “bad”actually turning out to be an unexpected blessing.

I am 65 now and I just retired 2 months ago. My house has everything that I had written down on paper years ago. What is so amazing is that I did not even realize that when I bought the house. I just “knew” it was right for me. For example, one thing I visualized was living near the ocean. When I bought this house, I did not realize until after I moved in, that the ocean is only an easy 10 minute drive away! I had totally given up that I could ever afford anything close to the ocean but the Universe made it happen without me even trying.

Every day I wake up and am so thankful for my home. I’m still amazed at how perfect it is for me.

I’m also very grateful for Rhonda and The Secret. It was what opened my eyes to the law of attraction. Now that I am retired, I am really enjoying the time I have to attract more abundance and love into my life. I love The Secret Super App and The Secret To Money app. The Greatest Secret is truly the greatest secret. I’m loving my new increasing “awareness”. I was already aware that I am a spiritual being in a human body but The Greatest Secret is teaching me how to be more cognizant of it. And learning to welcome my negative feelings has truly been life changing. I so value Rhonda’s ability to teach us what she learns in such a clear, well thought out and easy to understand way. And I love the production value in her books, movies, and apps! They are visually and auditorily beautiful.

I hope my story encourages others to not give up when they have not yet received the things they have asked for. I don’t know why it took more than 10 years to get my house but now that I have it, I can say honestly and with so much gratitude, that it was well worth the wait. The timing of the Universe is perfect. God bless!
