Winning Over The Subconscious.
Submitted by: Tim
Sheffield, UKI’ve been using these techniques for a number of years now with mixed success. This is before watching The Secret. What I have realized is that my own subconscious is tripping me up. When I am fully aware and “in control” I have no problems but as soon as I go to sleep or get caught up in negative thoughts due to a toxic interaction with my boss, for example, I lose the “power” and my vibration drops.
What I have learned is that I need to “wake up my brain” to re-write my subconscious. One of the easiest ways to do this is to do something that makes it sit up and pay attention.
I write a gratitude diary every day as well as listen to gratitude meditations. More recently I have started writing in my gratitude diary with my “non-dominant” hand. It’s not the neatest but that’s the point. I really have to pay attention to what I am writing. My brain has to really get in gear to focus. By using your non-dominant hand when you are doing tasks and focusing, you re-write the subconscious because it’s “new”.
Brush your teeth with your other hand at bedtime whilst picturing a great night’s sleep and waking refreshed.
Wash the dishes in the sink with your other hand whilst enjoying the warmth of the water and feel of the cloth or sponge in your hand and it feels more like a mini-retreat than a chore.
This is a very simple technique that paid me dividends well above the effort to enact.
Grateful thanks for taking the time to read this. Wishing you all a blessed day. Thank you!
