Recently, I received a letter to repack the mortgage on my house at two and a half times the original price or have it sold to a willing buyer.

I got really panicky initially. But then I relaxed and began to be thankful that the house was mine, and that I rented it out to a good family who would prosper in it and buy their own property within 2 years. I had purchased the house by getting a mortgage many years ago but I ended up living somewhere else with my family because the developer did not do the complete work on the building and it wasn’t habitable for us at the time.

I approached the primary mortgage bank and was advised to liquidate the lower mortgage. I had some money but it was not enough to do it. I borrowed about N1.5m from a friend and I paid off the mortgage but I found out that I still owed more!

Then suddenly, I received an invitation for two different assignments. By the end of 2 weeks, the 2 assignments fetched me N1.8m. It was an absolute miracle! I promptly paid off the loan of N1.5m and now the house is mine! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!
