I used to think of myself as just a normal lad. I grew up doing normal things like playing cricket. I struggled in school with my reading and spelling but I always gave it my 110%.

So back in May 2021, I was a passenger on a motorbike that got into an accident that nearly took my life. I have had to learn how to walk again on my left leg and I was in the hospital for a week. During this time, a few days after leaving the hospital I got the book, The Secret. A couple of months before the accident, The Secret was brought to my attention and I would listen to the audio of The Secret. I was hooked straight off the bat. It really blew me away back then, so like I had previously said, I got the book.

During my recovery, I learned to actually read, thanks to this great book. Then I started to practice the teachings in the book and listen to audiobooks from several of the teachers of The Secret. Slowly but surely, things were falling into place for me. I was understanding my own thoughts a lot better. That was when I was testing myself by making my thoughts become things. Nothing major, just things like my hospital visits, and getting the closest parking spots. It did not work all the time but many times it did and it made me more aware.

When I finished The Secret I needed more so I then got The Greatest Secret. This book concentrates on awareness a lot more and just when I thought I knew The Secret really well after reading the first book, I found out that I was oh, so wrong! Awareness is a very powerful superpower. Being aware of Awareness has increased my ability to use the power of the law of attraction.

I had never struggled for money before the accident as I had a good job but being out because of the accident took all my savings. I had gone a week without food. Then it occurred to me, “Hold on, thoughts become things!” So obviously I had been hungry and I was thinking about food a lot. The next thing I knew, out of nowhere, friends started bringing me some snacks and good treats. Then little bits of money started coming in as I started to concentrate on money to feed myself.

Not long after, I started my own clothing brand and now I am in a fantastic state of awareness and gratitude. I am still on my journey to achieve my goals, but thanks to The Secret, The Greatest Secret, Rhonda Byrne, and all the other teachers, I know I will get there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
