My life has been full of addiction, jail and prisons, mental illness, panic disorder, and mood disorder, bad marriages, disappointing my children and family, and severe physical pain. But most of all, my life had been full of negative thinking. I used to think that I had been dealt the wrong cards in life and that I was never going to get a good life at 45 years old. I have had a life of heartache, death, and divorce but my biggest problem was my negative thoughts.

Even though I had gotten sober 3 years ago, I became addicted to pain pills a year ago, and that was the one drug that I was really scared to detox from.
