Six months ago my life had fallen apart. My best friend had divorced me. I had moved into a home with my adult son and his wife. My finances were in shambles. My health deteriorated and I became a paranoid hypochondriac. I was either sleeping all the time or not sleeping at all. My relationship with my children was strained to the point of breaking. I felt useless on every level.

Then my adult son lost his job, and the house, that was in my name, was going to have to go back to the bank. I simply didn’t have the funds to make the improvements on the house required to sell it. So, on top of everything else, I would soon be homeless.

One night I was on my knees beside my bed, crying into my folded hands. That was when I remembered reading The Secret years ago, and how it had affected me. Back then, it was the best time of my life and the world had just seemed to flow my way. But over time I got caught up in the day to day things and eventually stopped practicing the truths I had learned from The Secret.

So, six months ago I made a determination. To once again,  live by the logical laws taught in The Secret and try to turn my life back around.

Within just one week, the unimaginable happened. A wonderful man came into my life, offering to fix my house and then to purchase it. A couple of years ago, he and his pregnant wife had found out that they both had cancer at the same time. His strong faith carried them through. Not only is the baby fine, but both he and his wife are now in full remission and cancer free. He had gone from struggling financially to having three, amazing, booming businesses. All he wanted was a home in the town where I lived. A mutual friend had told him about my home. As soon as he saw it, he knew it was where he was meant to be and he was willing to do whatever it took to have it.

Then, my ex-wife and I began talking again. After the months apart, we discovered that a lack of gratitude and improper priorities had pulled us apart. Now we are dating and building a solid foundation based on love and thankfulness.

My children have seen the change in my life since applying the principles, particularly of the gratitude found in The Power. Not only have we reconciled, but we are closer than ever before.

As I apply these principles at work, my income is skyrocketing, with money flowing to me from multiple directions. This is allowing me to get my own home for me and my younger children to enjoy.

Allowing these blessings to flow into my life instead of trying to control the outside circumstances has truly been the key. As I focus on feeling happy and successful, and applying the logic of The Secret and The Power, every aspect of my life is becoming more beautiful. I am no longer worrying about my health. I feel better than I have in years and I have more energy and confidence.
