I am so grateful I found Rhonda, The Secret, and The Power! I was working in a job that had me completely stressed and unhappy. I was definitely not me. I went to bed angry and woke up angry. I knew something had to change.

I kept sending out that I needed to get out of my job. Then because of the COVID-19 situation, I was furloughed for 60 to 90 days. This was so welcome and a perfect opportunity for me to get clear on what I wanted in a job. I also believed that money would flow to me from expected and unexpected sources while I was not working. And it did! I received some checks from places that I still am not sure why they sent them but the Universe heard me. So I just smiled and said thank you!!

To manifest my dream job, I first got really clear on how much love was in my life and how grateful I was for everything I had. I then took the time to picture my dream job; moving back into an individual contributor role in learning and development. No more management. I always feel like I am in the flow when creating training that allows others to improve and develop. I applied only for specific roles that were remote and were for instructional design. It was interesting because typically, I wouldn’t see very many of these types of jobs on LinkedIn, but the Universe had heard me and responded. There were now quite a few jobs available that met my criteria! I applied to these positions and sent out my intention, and I really believed it would happen.

I received requests for interviews from two large, respected companies. After my interviews, only one of the companies really fit my dream job profile. So, I trusted my intuition and declined to move further in the one that didn’t fit. I then visualized my dream job with the other company, right down to what they would offer me for an amazing salary. I saw myself accepting the job and smiling.

It took a few interviews and a few weeks but I got the call with a job offer! They offered me a salary that was exactly $1,000 over what I had visualized! With the salary and benefits, I will be doing what I love while actually making more money than I was making in the job that was not a good fit for me!
