Ever since I was a child, I have had periodic skin testing or allergy testing, to determine what I am allergic to. In other words, a test to find out what my body is fighting against or how my body fights against itself. Fifty allergens are typically tested and I tend to be allergic to around 40 of them. Based on these results, a serum is created that is the basis of the allergy shots that I get once a month to help me manage my body fighting against itself.

I am 50 years old and recently found The Secret. It is quickly changing my life. I have been focusing on loving and accepting my body more deeply, genuinely, and holistically than I ever had before. Rather than body-shaming, I have been focused on loving myself, verbally expressing this love, and making choices that value my body.

Friday I had the annual allergy test and for the first time, the results were negative for all allergens! The only thing that I had done differently was to change my thoughts. What this leads me to conclude is that there really is something to the law of attraction. The Secret and the law of attraction works and miracles do happen!
