Live In the Present: For Gifts and Opportunities

In April, I attended a presentation by a life coach, the 6th in the series Attracting the Life You Want.

As an inventor and author in the beauty and health industry, I understand the significance of moving towards my goals – always keeping my destination in mind. Hence, the evening’s topic, Unhook From the Future, was not an easy thing to do, as innovation relies as much on the present – as on the future.

Later that evening, the life coach, holding a beautifully wrapped gift box, stressed the importance of living in the moment… the Secret to capturing gifts and opportunities. Much to the surprise of all those in attendance, the presenter then opened the lid and out came several ring-sized ribboned boxes, one for each of us – along with a miniature piece of paper.

Taking a cue from my personal vision, I listed and focused on 5 current items as requested, then placed this list in the little gift box, which did indeed bring all items to fruition.

With most items already in the process mode, everything flourished within a week – including book sales, book Foreign Rights approval, worldwide wellness contacts, published health articles and business opportunities.

What can I say… The little gift box on my desk became the PRESENT – in more ways than one.

Thank you so much to Rhonda Byrne and her team for their insightful production of The Secret. It’s been a wonderful inspiration for the life coach. And for myself, a catalyst for manifesting wellness, knowing that the world is a better place because of my contribution.
