This happened to me a couple of years ago, back when I first became aware of The Secret and the law of attraction. My husband and I were in a really tough spot financially, mentally, emotionally, and all of the other “ally” words you can think of. We truly felt like completely worthless people who had ruined our own lives and now had to live on the breadline as a result of our long years of suffering.

Anyway, my husband found out about The Secret after doing some research on how we could turn our lives around. We both had this feeling deep, deep, down that we were not meant to feel so badly all the time, and that somehow we, and every single individual on the planet, deserved the best life we could ever imagine. That it is possible, no matter what the present circumstances. Unfortunately, that feeling had been squashed by many aspects of the lives we had led since we were born. But it still remained, it was just buried.

So, when we found out about and watched The Secret, we felt this incredibly exhilarating energetic connection to what was being said in the film. We just knew it was true.

I began to apply the process; ask, believe and receive, and sure enough, I attracted a few small things I had intended to attract. They were random things like seeing a helicopter, getting a free book, etc. And they did appear quite quickly.

But one day I got a call from my grandma. She told me that one of her old friends had died and had left her some money. It wasn’t anyone I had heard of or met unless I was a small child at the time.

My grandma is quite well-off herself, and decided she didn’t need it all, and that she would give us each £1,000. I couldn’t believe it at first. This was the surest proof I had received of the LOA working. The circumstances of that money coming to me were so bizarre, and I didn’t even have to do anything to get it! Thank you!
