Hey everyone!
I want to start off by saying how grateful I am for this platform where we can all share our experiences and feel good. I’ll be honest, I didn’t wake up on the right side of my bed today. It was a rough night and no matter how hard I was trying to be positive, it wasn’t coming from within. I was on this website for over an hour reading about everyone’s experiences and it feels great to know what a healing power it has. Thank you for rekindling my faith in this practice.
This story is for anyone who is just having one of those days, where you just feel low. Or you’ve quarreled with a loved one and can’t get over it or you just need a boost of positivity. Here are a few simple ways to make yourself feel good, wherever you may be.
1. Count your blessings. I usually have a journal where I count my blessing every day. Stop whatever you’re doing and really think of 10 things you are most grateful for today and re-read you list until you feel the gratitude from deep within.
2. Take a deep breathe before you react to any events during the day. Think it through, watch your words. As the saying goes, always respond intelligently even to unintelligent treatment.
3. Think about the good news of the day. Talk about good things. Positive energy always attracts back positive energy.
4. Any area in your life that you feel is pulling you down, shower it with love. Even when the situation can be most challenging, you have to try to give out love. Really, this is the only way!
5. Ask. Believe. Receive. Trust, know and believe that there is someone listening to your request. We can manifest everything in life as long as we believe.
6. Watch your thoughts for what we think, we become.
I hope this helps you out as it helps me, if you are ever in need. So grateful to Rhonda and everyone here for this amazing practice.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
