A few months ago, I was going through a really rough time. I felt stuck. School was not moving along as fast as I wanted it to, my boyfriend of 6 years and I were having trust problems and had broken up. I was dealing with issues with my alcoholic father, who passed years ago, and also a lot of self-esteem issues. I was completely depressed and all I did was cry all day. I was also having bad anxiety, produced by negative thoughts, which I had never experienced before. I felt like I had no control over my life or my thoughts.

I had heard about The Secret a few months before, but never watched it. I had forgotten about it. Well, on one particularly bad day, my mother came up to me and basically forced me to watch the movie. My mood immediately changed after watching it. I felt so positive. I felt like I really could control my life and have the things that I want, and what a relief that was for me. I watched the movie over and over again, whenever I was feeling down, and it always made me feel so much better.

It’s been 4 months since I watched the movie, and my life is completely different. I have never been so happy before. I applied principles from The Secret for feeling good, and also use vision boards and visualization to get what I want and make changes to my life.

I feel as though I have overcome serious depression. Dealt with all my past issues and let go of all the hurt, anger, and fear. I am 100 times more positive than I have ever been in my life, and it’s reduced my anxiety significantly. I am such a positive person and I have always been the opposite.

School started moving again, and I will be done within the next month or two. My finances improved dramatically. I am the most confident than I have ever been in my life. As for my boyfriend, well, we got back together and things have never been better. He’s attentive, loving, committed, honest, and constantly talking about our future together. He’s like a different person, and we are more in love than we have ever been.

I credit all my changes to applying The Secret to my life. It really works!
