I always had a dream of travelling to distant and beautiful places. I am part of the Bohra Community. Our community leader, His Holiness, conducts symposium of 10 days. During this time we gather to mourn and lament for Imam Hussain and faithful the 72 followers who were martyred in the hot sands of Karbala after being denying water and food for three continuous days.

It was announced that this year, His Holiness will be conducting the symposium in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. As soon as it was announced I wanted to be part of this event but ticket prices kept climbing higher and almost reached more than double. I had to put down the plan of visiting Tanzania as no tickets were available at the minimal price. However, I had read “The Secret” and then I decided it to apply. I started visualizing that I was already there and I could hear the sounds of other people out there and I made it feel as realistic as I could.

After few days, I got a call from my travel agent that a  few tickets were now available on this route but I needed to return back from Zanzibar. I just trusted my instinct and got the tickets booked. That was one of the best decisions I ever made!

The trip was successful and it was exactly as I had visualized it! The trip to Zanzibar was blessings in disguise! I never knew Zanzibar was so beautiful. I got the opportunity to travel Zanzibar as well. This all happened because of applying The Secret. Now As I am back home, it feels as if I just woke up from the most beautiful dream!
