I had come across The Secret on many occasions but did not take interest in reading it. Finally I did read it and I was indeed inspired and amazed at how things work.

I have always had skin issues right from my school days. Puberty had hit me hard. I had severe acne breakouts, facial hair, oily skin and uneven skin tone. I also had pimples on my arms and back. This took a toll on my confidence and the way I felt about myself. There were days I would feel like skipping school because I was ashamed of my own face. Also looking at my skin, my family and friends would pass a comment or suggest different remedies to treat it. Of course I tried everything from different topical ointments to natural remedies with little or no effect.

That’s when I came across The Secret again and really thought of giving it a try. I read many “Secret Stories” about how people cured various skin issues. I was once again inspired.

So I stopped using all my ointments and also the different remedies. I stopped looking at myself in the mirror from close up. Instead I would stand far away and think that I have wonderful skin. Every night before going to bed I would thank my skin for the great complexion I have. I would do the same while washing my face. Also I would thank my body for balancing my hormones. Slowly I saw the change. It took time and a lot of patience. I was so happy. All my pimples were gone. I did have one or two breakouts but that was fine.

Now it was just the scars I had. So I just asked the Universe for help. One day I had to take my mom to a dermatologist. That’s when I came across microdermabrasion. It was a treatment to cure acne scars. Well I was on cloud nine! I immediately started that treatment and by my third treatment my skin was perfect. Just perfect the way I had always dreamed of, the way I always wanted it. All my friends noticed it. They complimented my beautiful skin and were amazed.

However, this treatment was a bit expensive so I could not continue for a long duration. Again The Secret came to my rescue. While browsing about microdermablasion I came across another technique to cure acne scars. It was derma rolling. Now this was cheap and could be done by myself at home, what more could I ask for. I am so grateful to the Universe for guiding me. I never knew anything about either of these treatments but look how I came across them. Now I use a dermaroller on a regular basis. It is a bit painful but worth all the pain. My skin is amazing and my hormones are balanced. I feel confident. People call me pretty face. I love me.

So I want to thank all the people involved in The Secret and the Universe for helping so many of us look at life positively and restore faith in ourselves. Miracles do happen!
