I am a 15 year old boy that has gone through an emotionally and mentally abusive childhood, watching my mother being beaten by my father. Through my childhood my mother never married my real father. I never knew The Secret, but every day as I grew up I hoped and prayed that my mother will find the courage and take me with her to leave him for the final time and live a happy normal life. By the time I reached the age of 8 my dream became a reality!

For about two to three years as my mother and I were living by ourselves we BOUGHT our first home and my mother worked eighty hours a week to support me and pay the bills! I remember I would wake up in the middle of the night hearing my mother walk in the door crying, I could hear her sob and say under her breath how she came to the fact that there is no one out there for her and she will never be married!

From that day I started my old routine of hoping and praying to god to give my mom strength and guidance to find the right man that will love her more than the air he breathes and that her life will prosper in happiness. About a year later my dream came true, she met the man of her dreams! They are Married and now I have a loving father and little brother that are a regular American family!
