I have known about the law of attraction and The Secret for just two months. I honestly didn’t know about it during the time I got my desires. All I knew was that when you believe, you will get what you want. So, here’s how my story goes.

Five years ago, I already made up my mind that I will go to either one of the two universities I wanted. One of which was my dream school. I then took the entrance test for the first university I wanted. I waited for months only to learn that I failed. And so I thought, I would be spending the rest of my years in my dream school. Unfortunately, that was not the case because my parents didn’t allow me to go.

I spent my four years in the university where my sister graduated. But even during my stay in that university, a part of me still belonged to my dream school. And so, just last year, I had this strong urge to go and see it personally, this dream school of mine. I decided this around May, and almost every day, or whenever I had free time, I searched and looked for pictures of it. I was just staring at the pictures, and sometimes, I pictured myself being there, inside that school that I wanted. Around October, I wrote in my blog about this dream school. I can still clearly remember what I wrote “I’m letting you go, ‘insert name of school’.” But at the same time, I told myself that I would go to that school no matter what.

And then it happened. I went to my dream school a month after!!! I was so happy at that time. But mind you, it’s not just once, not twice, but thrice. I also went last December and January of this year. I can’t believe it.

I didn’t realize that I was using the visualization technique and the power of believing! But also remembered to let go of the desire so that the universe can bring it.

So now, my plan is to use The Secret so that I can have my MBA in my dream school, and also to get the love of my life back. Wish me luck!
