Over 5 years ago, I lost everything that I had. In fact, a lot of things started happening all at once and I just couldn’t seem to keep up no matter how hard I tried. I asked for help from people who I helped in the past but no one would help me. I had my car stolen and replaced it only to have that one stolen within a month. I had helped dozens of people who had no place to go, yet I couldn’t seem to find one person who could help me.

I was offered a job and moved into a tiny apartment. Although I had a job it wasn’t a good job and it wasn’t long before I was offered another job so I packed up what little I had and was ready to move onto what I thought was finally the end of this bad streak. The day that I was ready to move, my new employer told me that the job was no longer available. I was devastated because with the new job I was promised a new home. I sat on my boxes and could not move. The next few years I moved from state to state and sent out my resume over 300 times. I ended up back in Philadelphia with no job and an offer to stay with one of the people I had helped.

I was given The Secret by a woman who said; I know that you don’t know me but I have been watching you and I want for you to have this. Her name, date and telephone number was in it. I had seen her before but I never talked to her. She said please read it. It will change your life it has changed mine. Truthfully speaking I didn’t really like the woman and I didn’t believe her.

Over the next year I moved around some more and one day my cell phone got cut off. That was really the only way I could keep in touch in case a job did come through. That’s when I decided to pick up the book and read it. As I read it, what I was reading was so much what I believed in that it was uncanny. After around the tenth page or so I heard a beep from my cell phone and I ignored it because I knew that it had been turned off for nonpayment. Then it beeped again and a text said “Your Bill Has Been Paid”. I couldn’t believe it.

A few minutes later it rang and I was afraid to answer it but I did and the voice on the other end said what’s wrong, you sound strange. I said I know and if I tell you why you won’t believe me. A few more strange but positive things happened that day. Fast forwarding from moving place to place with little and many times no money, I decided to put up a vision board and doors started opening.

I now have my own place again and I don’t worry about where I will sleep but I never forget where I have been. A former employer got in touch with me and offered to help me and pay my rent for a year. So many good things have happened and if things go well before this month is out I will have a brand new car and I have been offered a job. I know that The Secret works.. I know that God Is real no mater who your God might be and I also know that anything that you want, any questions that you have, no matter if it’s health, wealth or the need to know, reach out to The Universe and never be afraid to ask!
