I have always kind of known about The Secret as I was raised by a very positive mother and she instilled that in me. I’ve seen proof of the LOA many times.

Last August I simply caught my foot on a small flower border while in my own back yard taking pictures of my orchids. I lost balance and hit the ground hard on my left shoulder. I was positive I had broken it, but I could move my fingers, so then I thought the injury was just a bad bruise.

As the hours went on I decided I needed to be seen, so my husband took me to the ER. The good news was my shoulder was not broken but it was dislocated. He reseated it under IV sedation so I didn’t feel a thing and told me to see an Orthopedic Dr. right away. I told everyone how thankful I was that it was my left arm, since I’m right handed.

Through many twists and turns that I now see I brought to myself by believing, and being thankful for having the best treatment, I was scheduled to see a Doctor that I now know to be not well thought of. But there was a scheduling conflict, so I had to find another Orthopedic Doctor. The one I ended up being scheduled to see turned out to be the same Doctor that the ER Dr. and the Physical Therapist as well as the Neuro Tech all see personally, and so I knew he was the best.

I was very disappointed when the Doctor told me I could not have surgery yet due to the severity of my injury. It turned out that on top of severing 2 tendons totally, I also had severe nerve damage and had to wait to see if that damaged nerve ever regenerated or healed. I was told many times that the nerve only grows 1 CM a month, so I had a second Nerve Conduction Study done 3 months after the first. The news was not good.

At that time the Doctor started telling me surgery would not be successful, and that we needed to look at alternatives.

It was then I started really using The Secret to heal that damaged nerve.

Every day, and right before I fell asleep every night, I thanked the Universe/God for healing the nerve in my shoulder and restoring the conductivity to it. I was thankful the numbness in my upper arm was gone, and whenever I felt a new twinge of pain I was thankful for it, knowing that meant that nerve was working.

Today I went back to the Neurologist and had the Nerve Conduction Study repeated for the third time. This time everything tested within normal range!

Now remember nerves only grow 1 CM/month, so improvement can be predicted if it’s going to happen. The Neurologist came right out and stated how surprised he was at the significant improvement. I took a copy of the report that will be sent to my Orthopedic Surgeon home with me and it even states in writing that my “progress was greatly improved since the last exam, and now falls well within all normal limits”
