Living all 25 years of my life without The Secret I am now spending the next 25 years with The Secret and it’s principles. Not just that, my husband also lives The Secret in his own way. We have had many miracles and happy successes in everyday life but have seen the biggest miracle come alive with it. A miracle which was unimaginable but came true just by following the simple steps of believing and then seeing.

My Husband, now 37, had envisioned moving to the US at 33 after visiting the country multiple times. He wanted to move there with his family (self and 2 kids), set up his firm and live life to the fullest. Not that we were not living life to the fullest at India, we were always on a high – as in high frequency. Yes, there were tough times but bouncing back from our low frequency to our high becomes a second habit once we started practicing The Secret.

With multiple instances, visits and immigration lawyers, challenges were coming. It was not an easy journey to move with finances all in place, the right visas, kids education, both of us to be working in the US. We had a good, settled life in India and a lot of close family. For me and my husband who lived in the Indian family system for all our lives, our family with all their love would advise us to be very sure of what we want, not take risks and all of that.

Inspite of all challenges, me and hubby decided to make this dream come true. To start with, I would imagine as I drove on traffic congested India roads that I am driving in the US on broad freeways, in an open car, the wind in my hair! I would imagine working there, cooking there, a house there, fresh air and all of that, several times as I would do my daily chores. On one of my work related trips to the US I squeezed the feelings within my heart and happily said “I really want to be here”.

After trying 2 lawyers who were a little skeptical, we attracted one at the right frequency. He told us, come here and apply for the change of status and the right visa. When we sounded unsure of the risk he said “You’ll never know unless you try”.

Rhonda says some people say I will believe when I receive, but the Universe says to receive you must believe. Believe, Act and Receive.

So we set a date and took the decision of taking the risk as most people told us, of moving to the US. We sold our cars, closed house, moved the kids out of school and I gave my work resignation. I sold off some things, donated some furniture, clothes, gave some to family. All with love and happiness, none with regrets. Our family said don’t you want to keep a small house with some of your stuff here in case you have to come back? My hubby and I discussed and he said no. That would be against the law, it means we don’t believe enough and think I may not succeed and will have to come back.

So we moved to the US after packing up everything. The change was big for me having lived all my life in India and missing my family. But yes, Rhonda kept sending me the right scrolls! Be open to Change, Change is Good! and more. My hubby took an office, set up his firm, started work.

After acting and believing the right way, a week ago we got our visas without questions, in one shot! L visa for my hubby and work permit for me. The big risk as a lot of folks told us when we sold and packed up, came alive as the biggest success. Yes, we are living The Secret, now in California.
