Gratitude Is Like Planting A Seed
Submitted by: Contented and happy
Northland New ZealandWaiting for my seeds to sprout. Knowing they will, it is just a matter of time. :-)
I have just finished reading The Magic.
After 28 days doing all of the 28 Magical Practices, it has really changed my life. Not because I now have everything I want but because I now I am so filled with so much appreciation for what I have, especially the little things.
We live in a world that is driven by money. But to really step back and look at just how lucky we are, the things we call “basics” are complete luxuries for most of the world. I wake up every morning now so thankful of what I have!
I think gratitude is like planting a seed. It takes time to grow, sometimes it may sprout overnight, and sometimes it can take months. If you sit by it getting frustrated because it is not growing, it will seem like its not working. But if every morning you water it then forget it, one morning you will wake up to see your seeds have sprouted.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Rhonda for your magical book. 🙂
