I chanced upon ‘The Secret’ in March 2010 in the weirdest ways at a time when I was desperate to make major changes in life. My hubby lost his job and we were in a financial crisis, our relationship wasn’t great and we quarrelled often. I needed money, happiness and joy. After reading The Secret I knew this was it if I want my dreams to come true. My hubby read it too and we felt happy but were sceptical because I doubted a book could really change our lives, but deep within I really wanted to see the changes.

What we manifested over the next few months is absolutely mind blowing.
My hubby was offered a job with 5 times the salary of his previous job.
Our financial worries were just blown away like a feather in air.
I attracted a paid holiday to Seychelles, the most beautiful place we visited since our marriage. That was more than a dream come true.
We bought our dream home, a pool facing condo and had all the money to renovate it just the way I wanted my home to be.
I quit my job without another offer in hand as I never really loved my job. We don’t really lack money now. There’s always money somehow or the other in our account.
Our relationship is in the best phase ever. There is so much love and romance.
Within a week of doing “The Magic” we attracted a cruise holiday. It was not on our ‘to do’ list but then I was shocked when I realized I had put up a cruise ship picture on my vision board and just forgot about it. How do you like that?
After “The Magic”, we have taken our gratitude to the next level. After the 28 days, my hubby attracted more money, better job offers and I have so many business ideas that are showing up out of the blue. I can’t be thankful enough.
After doing the 28 day practice, both of us are redoing it again to make gratitude our way of life. I have to say this, I chose a butterfly as a symbol of love and every time I’m grateful for something a butterfly flutters around, or I get to see a picture of it and it leaves me in awe. Even as I type this story I saw a couple of them on TV. Sometimes when I’m sad or angry a butterfly shows up pepping up my mood. I’m in tears when I type this. The universe shows me the sign every time I need it. It’s truly magical. I truly feel the magic happening in my life.

My life has remarkably changed over the past couple of years. I can’t be thankful enough to Rhonda and team for the books. When I read Rhonda’s dedication saying ‘it is for you, the reader’, I can’t stop the tears rolling down my cheeks. I want to give one tight hug to Rhonda and say “THANK YOU”. I look up to the skies and say thank you universe and really feel so blessed.

For all those who have little doubts in your mind, it’s very normal because we are so used to the negative thoughts. But then a little hope will really pull you along. I can vouch for this because it truly worked for me and I’m sure it will for all you readers too. Just keep on the faith and hope and what you want will surely show up sooner or later. Some things show up very fast and some take time, but come what may ‘The Secret’ works.
