My wedding took place in a garden. Before I was really missing my grandparents whom passed away the year earlier.

I was driving in my car, imagining about how their energy would be in a smaller form of reincarnation in butterflies. I remember the day was gorgeous while I was driving, listening to somber music of love and missing someoned, you know the kind of music you put on to suit your mood…. well as I visualized butterflies being released, I imagined my families faces and how they knew the meaning of why I wanted to do that.

I remember being in my car and the sun hitting the cd’s that was laying in my passenger seat. I felt love and imagined it was my granparents love. Then I continued on with my trip.

So I left that thought alone and continued with my day…. well a week and a half passed and my mother in law to be called my fiance. Well my mother in law and me do not get along and she is not close with my husband at all, actually at the time everyone was fighting before our wedding, and I had this tunnel vision that no negative things could touch me. This conversation she had with my “fiance to be” ended with him chuckeling. I was a bit confused and asked “what was so funny?”
He replied “mom has really lost it now… she said she was browsing online and found this sight on releasing butterflies and said that she thought that maybe we would like that idea since we were getting married in a garden.” Then he continued,”But it’s expensive and it’s a crazy idea, what next?”

I sat and realized I never told my fiance anything about the day in the car and thought he would think I was crazy! So I never said anything and kept it to myself. I never did go through with the action of getting the butterflies. But after the wedding everyone was talking about these two specific butterflies that was flying around at the ceremony, while getting our pictures taken and stayed up until we left to the reception hall.

In the mail maybe about 2 weeks later, I get this picture of just 2 butterflies and the story of them being in the garden. It was a nice pic to my wedding photos and knowing I’m the only one that knew the meaning behind it. The Secret does work! And it’s actually a secret between me and The Secret 🙂
