After 10 years of professional life as a musician, educator and administrator I decided to earn a degree in composition, so we moved from then Uganda to the US and lived there for 2 years to study. Another 10 years went by after graduating, working and teaching in different countries, but there still was my unfulfilled passion and ambition for actually writing music…
….and then we stumbled upon a copy of “The Secret” here in Curacao; we must have watched it six times in a row, taking notes frantically as we did not know about the book at the time. The section about abundance of creative energy with the images of the conductor had me in tears.
We manifested our dream home on the waterfront, and I created a cover page for a piece of music I wanted to write – just a fake cover page – and then I started imagining, visualizing and writing. During the following two years, I completed “Path of a Sunray” and “Wind Spirit”, both for symphony orchestra, and both inspired by Curacao and our dream home. Both have been published at Imagine Music Publishing, NY. My third work for orchestra, “Song of the Ocean” just got accepted for publication last week and should be out by Christmas.
We are now manifesting retirement and travelling in health, love and abundance, and continued public and financial success for my music and the music to come……
