About a year ago my partner at work was always telling me I was too negative and that I needed to read this book. I never bought it, I thought she was crazy. She bought it for me and made me read it. After the first few pages I found that I could not put it down.

It totally changed my life. I started making notes in the columns and highlighting all over. I made notes of what I was grateful for and what I wanted. The first note I wrote was a large screen TV. I now have a 52 inch LCD.

I started thanking God every day for what I had. This past year I have taken three vacations and bought almost everything my heart desires. I seem to have more money than I need, but more than the money I am happy, truly happy. I keep The Secret on my desk and anytime I feel like life is getting rough I open and read it. My copy is almost worn out and so full of notes and highlights it’s barely legible anymore. I see people all around me who are negative all the time and I can see plain as day why they do not have happiness.

A perfect example of The Secret is: I just got back from my dream vacation to Mexico, and I fell in love with the country. The minute I got home I started thinking about how I could go back and when. Something prompted me to ask my boss if the timeshares he had in Florida were for rent (even though I really wanted to be in Mexico). I kept thinking that I would make it back to Mexico someday. My boss told me that his timeshare in Florida was all booked for my travel dates, but if I wanted he had a FREE week to Cabo, Mexico, I was welcome to, for all my hard work.

This September 9, 2011, I am going back to Mexico. The list of amazing things that keep happening in my life with little or no effort from me would make a book of its own. The Secret has created a whole new world of possibilities for me. I am going to have and be everything I set my mind to, of this I have no doubts.
