No sleep loss, only weight loss!

IndiaSince childhood, I have always struggled with weight issues. I was pretty overweight which used to make me feel terrible about myself.
A few months ago, my aunt introduced me to The Secret by giving me the book. Initially, I did not pay much attention to the book as I found it too good to be true, but about a fortnight ago, I chanced the book once more, and decided it was no harm in giving it a try. So, just as Rhonda had mentioned, I stopped weighing myself every day and just started exercising with the belief that I was going to lose all that weight and look like my ideal self. And to my utter astonishment, the scales showed me that I had lost two kgs! And all in one week! I was so excited and it made me want to exercise more and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Now I continue to use The Secret and expect to see many more changes in me and my life. So I would like to say to all the people out there, The Secret really works! And it will most definitely change your life for the better.
