I recently participated in a physical challenge that is supported by the Wounded Warrior Project.

In this 12 mile, 22 obstacle event, participants run through the mud, climb over walls, and get electro-shocked at the very end. This was my second time participating in the challenge.

I am a short, very large girl, but I have never let my size hold me back.
As I began the challenge this time, I thought to myself, “I got this. I have done this before.”

Then my legs started cramping up around mile 3. My calves and ankles were hurting so bad that I thought I might need to quit. However, I looked up at the sky and asked the Universe and God to get me through this.

I have read all of Rhonda’s books and I have watched the movie. I knew that now more than ever was the time to practice The Secret, The Power, The Magic, and to be the Hero I know I am!

I am thrilled to say that I self talked myself through the remainder of the challenge and was able to cross the finish line, pain free!
