Firstly, thank you Rhonda and The Secret team for such a life changing book.

It has been a year now since I was introduced to The Secret, and many great things have happened to me since. I got a part time job which I have been looking for, for months! I had dreamt of going to London for New Years (last year). I kept visualizing our trip to London and it finally happened. I did the same thing for our trip to Scotland which I wanted to go very badly but things were not happening right, but thanks to The Secret, again it did happen and right on time.

We had applied for our visa extension on December and we were expecting to get it back within two months at most. After five months, we still hadn’t heard back from them. We had already planned to visit our country in May and had already booked the tickets but never thought that the visa would be an issue. We kept contacting them but they refused to give us the status. I never lost hope and believed firmly that we will be travelling.

The Week of our travelling arrived and we still had not heard from them. My husband thought of withdrawing my visa application so that at least I could travel since it was very urgent and we did so. Soon, we learned that even if we withdrew, we would not get the passport before 20 days. I was totally devastated and at that moment I lost hope and started having negative thoughts since there were only 4 days and nothing could happen. My husband, however, did not have negative feelings at any point, and he kept saying that we would be travelling.

To my surprise, two days later, my husband came home from work and handed me my passport with a visa stamped on it. I couldn’t believe it at all since we had already withdrawn it, but this definitely happened. I was so happy that I didn’t know whether to cry or laugh. This is a moment I will never forget.

Just believe, believe and believe. I know at some point it is difficult but trust me whatever we believe does happen sooner or later.
