So I was just looking through some old files on my computer. I pulled one up and as soon as I read it I got tears in my eyes.

It was written in October 2012. At this time I was working as a waitress. I wrote “I make $70 per hour and work 3 days per week only 4 hours per day, I also get paid an extra 6 hours for preparation and admin time. I make $1260 per week”.

I remember sitting on bed and writing those words. I imagined that I already made that amount of money and kept up the visualization and feeling till all anxiety and doubt melted away. I then forgot about the whole thing.

Fast forward to 2013. I actually work 3 days per week for 4.5 hours per day. I also get paid 4.5 extra extra hours per week for preparation and planning. My hourly rate is just over $70 per hour. I make about $1290 per week.

At the time I wrote this entry I had no way of making this amount of money. I had heard through a friend of a friend that someone was making that amount. Through a series of incidents I was offered a job and without even knowing it for a whole year was making exactly what I asked for.

What a wonderful way to bring in 2014 knowing that I can control my life! The funny thing is I have bigger dreams now and this seems so normal that I know I can manifest more abundance.

So The Secret is simple. Define what you want. Imagine it fully for as long as it takes for doubts to melt away and till you have a relaxed sense that your wish has already come true. Then let it go. Put it away. Don’t focus on it not coming. Let the universe work it’s magic and enjoy your life in the meantime knowing good things are coming because you deserve them!
